Laurel LeMohn, LMFTA (she/her) is a trauma-informed energy healer, somatic practitioner, wellness coach, therapist, and owner of SoulBody Wellness. She has worked with clients since 2018 in order to help them heal from past wounds and transform their life. Laurel is a holistic practitioner who combines breathwork, intuitive movement, talk therapy, and energy clearing in her practice in order to promote somatic awareness and create lasting change.
Laurel recently completed training in Polyvagal Theory for Embodied Trauma Recovery and will be certified in Breathwork and Movement Therapy for Trauma Healing later this Summer. She has worked with clients in California and Washington state since 2018 - specializing in trauma, depression, bereavement, and addiction.
Laurel knew from a young age that she wanted to help others and has dedicated time and energy to defining her skills and exploring the human psyche. People have described her as being “insightful”, “compassionate”, and “incredibly easy to trust”.

Jake Petrykowski (he/him) has been a passionate student of nutrition and wellness for over 30 years. After completing a 1500+ hour sports medicine internship in college, Jake went on to build a successful career as a personal trainer and nutritional consultant.
He has educated crowds as large as 5,000 people and has also worked with countless clients one-on-one. Jake’s innate and authentic desire to help people reach and sustain their health and wellness goals continues to fuel his passion for studying the latest evidence-based nutrition and wellness research.
Jake has invested the last six years of his career as a trauma informed behavioral health coach. In 2022 he became a Certified Peer Support Specialist.

Steph Snyder (she/her) is a passionate yoga teacher and conscious breathwork apprentice dedicated to nurturing engaged, connected communities through embodied practice.
She understands firsthand the transformative power of movement, breath, and time in nature — and she is honored to support others on their healing journeys. Her approach is grounded, relational, and rooted in a deep belief in the body’s innate wisdom.
With over 15 years of experience across journalism, visual storytelling, civic engagement, nonprofit leadership, community-led design, and audience experience, Steph’s work centers on creating somatic experiences that foster self-exploration, intentional relationships, and a sense of belonging.
Steph earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification (RYT 200) in 2021 in Denver, Colorado. She is currently pursuing over 250 hours of advanced breathwork training, with a focus on trauma-informed spaceholding, and holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in journalism and mass communication.
She lives, teaches, and explores the natural beauty of Vancouver, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest.
