Your Body Remembers What Your Mind Cannot

Some of our earliest experiences shape us long before we have the language or conscious memories to make sense of them.

Having undergone heart surgery as an infant, I've spent much of my life exploring the relationship between our bodies, nervous systems, and the experiences we carry.

In this conversation with trauma-informed yoga therapist and podcast host Liz Albanis on Yoga For Trauma: The Inner Fire of Yoga, I share parts of my personal story as we explore the intersection of early childhood trauma, somatic healing, spirituality, and intuition.

We also discuss breathwork, mediumship, and what it means to reconnect with ourselves through curiosity, compassion, and a deeper understanding of our internal landscape.
